“Truth is lived, not taught”
– Herman Hesse

Life is a tough road, and your path is unique. No one has ever lived your journey. No one ever will. We all have an important story, often hidden from others and maybe even ourselves. It shapes who we are.
My patients are people seeking better mental health and a better life. I help them choose the right medicine that can make a difference.
I also offer therapy. We can often be our own worst enemy. Understanding how and why can foster empathy. This creates an opportunity to heal and grow to live the life we want.
I help people find positive habits that work for them. Wellness makes us more resilient to stress. It may also help us achieve some of our goals.
Treatment has to meet you where you are and where you want to be. A psychiatrist should understand your story and your aspirations.
